John has just returned from taking pictures of the landscape in Iceland.
I have seen many images of Iceland’s landscapes before (normally, predictably their glaciers and the Geysir), but John has brought back landscapes of utter beauty, that range from having a sense of serenity and stillness, to thunderous pre-historic power and energy. A combination that I imagine would be hard find in many other locations.
The more serene are shown here. Go to his section on my web site to see others.
The question is, if these landscapes have been sitting there for centuries how come they have not been captured like this before?
The answer is that John Offenbach has only just shot them.

Another mass folio showing to all the creatives, this time at Adam and Eve DDB. A lot turned up for the breakfast showing and a bonus for me was to meet up with Carolyn Henry again after many years – really good to see her again. Also lovely to see Amy Pope (I love her) and Hulya Corty for the first time – very nice girl.
After shooting stills of a teaser video last year, Rich and Bo decided it’d be fun for Rich to follow her for the year.
I love showing all the folios in one go. You get to meet all the creatives and they get to see all the work of all the guys, in one move – makes real sense.
